I have ordered from Avon in the past for many years in the 80's and into the early 2000's. I did not see a lot of the make up items I have used previously. It was very easy to search the website and see what was available. It is also nice that you have a clearance section.

I previously could not access my account because my phone number was wrong in the system and prior a phone # was the only way to verify my account. Attempts to get assistance from customer service were not helpful so I just sent my order to Avon lady for her to deliver. I decided to tried again today and was able to use email to verify, then fix my phone #. Now all is good.

I don't think my age ethnicity race Creed or color have anything to do with my Avon order I resent that you even asked those questions. I'm not 100% happy with this order because I have been using your product all my life not only has the price tripled now I can't even have a clear bottle to see how much product I have left. I suggest you go back to your original packaging and don't fix something that's not broken. I don't like the feel of the bottle when I have to spray it it feels rubbery and not stable. I can't comment on the shower gel because I haven't used it yet I don't like that I wasn't able to have two of the original sent and had to have a scent that I don't know about. All in all I will go back to ordering from a local Avon representative.

I was once a Representative for several years. Now a 72 yr old grandmother. I tried again to place an order but had to redo information 6 times to get it to stick. I called in for help today and not pleased with operator!!!!!! I asked several times for another person and not given one. Wanted to place an order by phone and not granted it. My order would have been more than any $40. but Avon lost my confidence in following thru. before 12:15 pm Central time. Operator's English not very good. I had to redue password over 6 times because of bad information. I told her what my passwords were and she never helped. I used 8numbers and symbol. I was missing a letter....... She never helped or slowed down in her speaking. Then she told me to call back later. I said why if she was still on the phone. She and I both got tired of process but I was the customer. Why couldn't she assist. I told her my password was 20262026$ then # with + , then number $$, and # with ++ She did not help me at all. The agent does NOT need to be your first in line helper. She DID NOT WANT TO HELP!!!!!
