I have loved Avon for over 50 years, but I do have trouble with the website every time I visit it. It just stops responding to any keystroke, and the page won't refresh. So then I have to go to another browser and log in there...until it happens again. Then I go back and log in again on the first browser. I keep going back and forth until my order gets placed. In case you're wondering, the two browsers are Firefox and Safari.

2 items did not arrive. When i contacted customer service they claimed that their system did not reflect my emailed itemized receipt. I was shopping durring the anniversary sale and then added the 15% welcome15 code at the end of my order and had to go back and add a glimmering eyeshadow to meet the $60 free shipping requirement. When my order arrived my black cream eyeshadow and my choclate lipliner did not arrive. The mailed itemized list only showed 9 items. I contacted customer service to resolve the discrepancy between my order confimation and what I recieved in my package and they told me that the would not be sending me the 2 missing items. I offered to forward the reciept to them to review it and they said they did notnhave an email address for me to send it to. I am cery upset that my discount code was basically useless and I did not recieve 2 items that i really wanted and paid for.

I was extremely disappointed because my order disappeared. I entered it at least three times. I had to go into my history screen to see the various items and select them again. Over two days, it took several hours. I had to create a new account password, etc. It took hours. This is not a complaint about the products; it is a complaint about the ordering process.

It was fine except I am disappointed that I did not receive a 10% discount which was offered on my cell phone. I was unable to complete the phone order and do not know why. I haven’t ordered Avon for quite a long time! I was so disappointed in the quality of the bottles and plastics!!! Avon used to have such nice bubble bath bottles for the skin so soft bath oil! My bottles were such thin plastic that part of the bottle actually wrinkled. I’ve never seen a plastic bottle so thin!! the lipstick was also cheap plastic. I can get a better quality lipstick at the dollar store. I was super disappointed in my Avon purchase even the Avon pamphlet is not what it used to be. Poor quality paper.! these products are definitely not like they used to be! I don’t know that I would order it again and I’ve been using this for 60 years

The shopping experience is generally fine with a wide availability of items, but with the very annoying exception that the online shopping site is extremely slow, often unresponsive, and it appears there is no longer the ability to type in a specific item by name and go straight to that item alone. Also, I was disappointed to see that your hand creams are no longer available as they have been for decades. That is definitely missed. Please bring those back if possible! Thank-you.

I was satisfied with the product that I ordered. I also ordered some deodorant for my niece as well. She didn’t really like the baby powder fragrance. I got that one because she was using baby powder in another brand that wasn’t holding as well. I really wanted the sensitive skin formula of the roll on deodorant but I couldn’t find it. It used to work well for myself and my family and the fragrance was good. I also didn’t see the deodorant in the Skin So Soft formulas and fragrances. We love the feminine but gentle scent.

I really enjoyed shopping at the Avon retail brick & mortar store. I could look at the colors and easily see items on sale. A comment about my last order. I requested the Skin So Soft Firm Up Body Lotion. I did not realize it was on back order and that my order would not automatically be shipped when in stock. Had to reorder!
