I found it very difficult to navigate the site. It kept "freezing" and I had to restart several times. I received a text to get 15% off my order, but there was no place to enter it. I missed out on my $9.94 discount. Most likely will not be ordering from Avon again.

A promotional order was on the backorder list which meant I had to "pad" my order to qualify for free shipping. I would have preferred to pay for the promo item and wait to have it delivered.
