I'm very familiar with the website so I looked for what I was out of. Also trying the bug guard wipes for the first time. We have used the spray but on my family chat today, a sister mentioned these are easy to pack. My husband wants to try them.

I've finally found out a quick, easy solution to getting Avon without the need for locating an official Avon Representative. The prices are fair, with sales often and reasonable. There are often "free shipping" sales with remarkable prices that would make you jump for joy.

I was able to find the items I was looking for. I did struggle with the website a bit because it glitched a few times. I have to close the browser and reopen the page twice. Then it annoyed me so I closed it and opened the page the following day. Not sure if it was my phone or just the page it self. But other than that the site was user friendly.

I was happy with every purchase. One item was a necklace and earing set. The necklace was fine but both earrings were broken. When I attempted to return them they were out of stock and not returnable. I paid for a broken item but had no recourse. That seemed entirely like a terrible solution and a very bad way to do business. It was the evergreen jewels necklace and earings set.

loved the digital brochure and easy navigation. did not care too much for the cart view. i was on a desktop computer and the cart got squeezed to about 1/4 of my screen on the right-hand side. would prefer a full screen view of my cart. also, when shopping i would like the option to choose number of same items (2 creams, 2 soaps) versus adding the quantities when reviewing cart.

After being a customer for over 40 years, this will be my last order with Avon. Favorite make up is consistently being discontinued requiring a change to a new product only to have that also discontinued later. It seems to me that: 1. Avon is now offering little choice in makeup apparently focusing on other products. 2. I am now a senior citizen and Avon seems to be courting a younger clientele. I don't believe Avon cares about their older, long-time customers nor wants their business. I can only assume Avon is rebranding both product and targeted demographics. Good bye Avon! I'll miss what used to be.

I did not locate the promo code area to enter for Free Shipping. And then all of a sudden the order was done and I was charged for shipping. I tried to use your chat option, but didn't get anywhere with it. I order thru a rep and she offered to reimburse me, but it is not her fault. It is the website's online ordering system's fault as the spot for entering codes is plainly not obvious enough.

Im soooo disappointed with the size, quality, and value of most of the items. I used to buy Avon on a regular basis, and even sold it a long time ago. I received awards too. The size and the price of some of these products appear to be sample. Size, and not worth the money that was charged for them.Such as the blush, the eyeliner and the eyebrow pencil the face cream says made in china, which is very disappointing to me as well. Upon calling and speaking to your customer service rep.He was extremely difficult to understand with a foreign accent, not american. I had to have him repeat himself. Numerous times and then still try to figure out what he was saying. I was what avon was an american company. I'm also saddened buy all of this. And then I was asked to pay for my return other than the cheek, blush and eyebrow pencil, which they said they will credit me for.

I have used Avon eye makeup remover for what i think is probably 40 years. It is the best in the market. I do NOT like the new bottle. It is stiff and you can't "squeeze" it. I pour it into the older version so it is useable. I love the Anew line they are high quality. I enjoy the gift section to find unique items. I wish they would bring back some of the old "retro" lip gloss containers (that are in fun shapes such as lips.." for kids.

Very aggravating!!! I tried to sign in to my account and the system kept sending me in circles. I couldn’t check out as a guest either. It kept telling me my email was linked to another account. I went in and out of the website several times. If it wasn’t for the fact that the face cream that I have been using for years was on the site I wouldn’t have stayed. I hate the discount wheel because each time you try to use it it interfered with progressing to the page that I wanted.
