On my phone it wasn't easy to hit the back button and get to where I had come from when looking at a detail page of an item. Therefore I had to start over in the catalog at least 5 times. That's frustrating. During checkout I clicked to review order one more time and instead suddenly it told me my offer was complete and in process!

Well, shopping is easy buy my last order never arrived. It was shipping from UPS and delivered to USPS, not my home. I hope I receive this order. I did not see shipping options. If I don’t receive this order, I’m done with Avon.

When I received the package, part of the box was open, and I had four plastic bottles of cream, and there was nothing supporting them. They were just thrown in the box. Also three out of the four covers were partially opened, and some of the product went into the box.

Sold Avon door-to-door in the 1970s, have continued using some products but without a representative, never see any products nor get samples. Suggest you include a sample of a product with each order and a small brochure as no "Avon Ladies" around. The last one was a dud so I asked she be removed fr my record and not be my "ambassador" anymore.

I could not get it to accept my email address for he discount, and it kept wanting me to "sign in" to put my order in. I didn't want to sign in, I just wanted to order the product and have it mailed! I finally found a customer service phone number and the rep talked me through it. Make it easier!
