I purchased my favourite lotion Skin so Soft from Avon. It goes on smooth and I love the way it feels on my skin and it has a nice scent. I even use it on my grandchildren.

I placed an order with Avon. During the order process, I changed my address. However, when the product cress was complete, I noticed that the shipping address was my old address. I immediately made contact with Avon and was told they could not change my address but they would try to cancel my order. Note, my order had been completed less than 5 minutes. Two days later I received notification that my order could not be cancelled. Avon shipped the $70 order to my old address, the order was delivered to my old of address. When I went looking for the delivery, it was not there. This was a vacant house so anyone could have taken the delivery. My Avon agent contacted Avon, asking them to resend the order but Avon refused. I placed an order for $70 and never received my order and they won’t give me a refund of my money.

I tried your email. It said it wasn’t valid. Tried it again & it didn’t work. I texted the number & haven’t received a reply. My order was a mess. I ordered a large bottle of lotion. The top was broken off. Ordered 2 boxes of face cream, one was totally out of the box. Not a great packing job to say the least. I love Avon. Not sure I’d order it from this sight again…

I enjoy using the mobile version. However, I would recommend more flexibility when looking through the brochure. Being able to rotate while looking would be nice. Another user suggested would be possible referring the customer to look the brochure to find color match for skin tones for makeup etc
