I love Avon hand cream but UPS leaves my package 700 feet away from my house by the hi way and a swamp where it could be lost or run over. Please do not use UPS to send things, they have left other packages thrown out by my trash and even tied to the trash can where they could have been thrown out or someone could have taken my order since it looks like it is unwanted by the trash. The Postal Service, Fed Ex , Target and Amazon all drive the package to my door. Please never use UPS! I have complained to them many times and they continue to leave things in the dirt by the hiway 700 feet away from my house.

When viewing my basket the UI was super glitchy on iphone13. I couldn’t scroll and see everything seamlessly. Instead the screen was mostly blank and I had to scroll to exactly a specific spot and the image of my product would appear. Hard to confirm cart. More irritatingly, I’m signed up for text offers so I’ve been getting 15% for weeks/months but when I put Save15 in, it said I wasn’t allowed to use that code, which is so frustrating I nearly abandoned cart. Your prices are more than double the competition and I love the product and wish I could afford to use it as my only repellent & suncare, but the cost is way prohibitive so I assignment with the cheap stuff to survive summer in NH.

I ordered 3 items. 2 were keepers. The dress I purchased in my normal Avon size was way too small. Not sure the size up would have fit either. I have never had this problem ordering clothing from Avon in the past. Now I have to spend money to return it.

I was disappointed in the earrings I ordered. Out of three pairs, will only wear one regularly. One pair I will donate and the last pair was described incorrectly in the product description. It was described as being a shorter length which was what I wanted and turned out to be a much longer length. I will save them for when I have a very dressy occasion and wear with a black outfit.

I am not thrilled, I cam e back to order Skin so soft bath oil. I ordered a bottle a month ago, just opened it and it was rancid. So i had to take my time, review returns, then saw I was going to have to pay for a return, rep Mary said I didn't but instead of reordering product I had to get back online to order.

The order was very poorly packed. There was one single sheet of brown paper placed on top of the items - no padding at all. Therefore everything bounced all over the box. One lotion bottle was large and rather heavy. It dented the tubes of hand cream I ordered.
