I was interested and excited that I found a place whet I am able to start my collection of skin so soft products until I had tried 3 different cards to make one simple purchase and I was very disappointed with trying to check out. Finally I used Apple Pay and finished my purchase. I’m not a happy person but I will be glad when I receive my first order from Avon. Please find a solution to this matter ASAP I would appreciate it so much.

I used to buy Avon over 20 years. I used to love the Avon outlet. I don’t know how you find that online but my coworker send me an email and after all these years I can’t even believe now you buy it online and they mail it UPS I was amazed with that that’s how long I haven’t bought it in over a decade if representative used to drop it off thank you brought back a lot of memories.

Difficult to enter order. Very frustrating. One item apparently had to be through my Representative, but the brochure made no mention which item. I had to go through the order one by one to ascertain which is referred to Then, my password was not accepted and I delt with that. Most unhappy experience but I will order Avon again.

I was not able to complete my purchase by clicking on my text message and proceeding from there. The system continued to lock up so I went directly to the official Avon website and re-log in. When I did it that way, it was quick with no issues.

Overall, web site worked great, but it was the availability of what I was looking for in the shopping that frustrated me. Several years ago, the "Rich Moisture" line was eliminated, and my family switched to Radiant Moisture products. Now when I wanted to re-stock our hand cream and body lotion, the Radiant Moisture line is cancelled. I have purchased the "Soft and Sensual" products, but I am not happy about it
