i have used Avon since early 1980s. stopped using make up when they dropped the True color brand. did not like Ion brand. Recently tried the new product FMG and really like it but now it looks like Avon is going out of business since i cannot reorder the fmg makeup or pressed powder. what is going on?

It is very hard to see how many ounces your products are. Feels like I’m ordering products blindly when comparing dollars spent and money paid. Could not find specific info on your products either. Products miss good descriptions. Products are very fair prices.

Like the sales and free shipping. I had a little difficulty understand the offer and then it was had to understand what other information they wanted with my credit. It should be more clearly once I choice my CC that they want my security code for the card.

Very satisfied that Avon continues to offer Anew Platinum moisture creams. Wish they still offered the Anew Platinum Cleanser -- only cleanser that helped my sensitive skin. All other brands offered by Avon cause me to breakout, redness, and/or have a horrible allergic for me.

Despite me putting in my new address into your website, you sent my order to an address I have not lived at for over 11 years. I called customer service (and the carrier) prior to the order being delivered to see if we could divert it. NO ONE would help me. I called again today, after delivery, and again, no offer of assistance was made. I can't believe that Avon has such poor customer service as to have no way to assist me, instead causing me to lose $66 and not receiving any merchandise.

I like the eye pencil product. Ordering online is easy through Jane. I order a dozen or so at a time. I have had 2-3 that opened and they are completely dry in the past. I’m not sure how to go about returns. That is my only hesitation with my order. Hopefully none of these are dry when I go to use them.

I love the website and products, but I hate that you have to spend a minimum of $60 for free shipping. I buy my facial cleaning and moisturizing products from you, and I am always just short of the min. balance. So, I have to add something I don't need that is more than I really want to spend to get the rest for free but I would rather have another item than pay the $8.
