I love purchasing from Avon and their speedy delivery. I just wish they would bring back some of the perfumes that were discontinued such as the fragrances by Stephany. I am not a fan of the older original fragrances.

Avon mailed my order to the address on file from my initial creation of the account rather than the updated address set prior to my order and password update. When speaking to a representative, I was told to contact the person at the address after it's in route(which I later learned, they used Fedex and Fedex will allow you to reroute), whom I don't know, 5 hours away or call my own bank and dispute the transaction. I would have settled for credit as I wanted the items on sale. Very disheartening!!!!

Good deal on Avon products. Unfortunately I was booted from the website about 7 times due to it crashing and had to keep signing in. Possibly a bandwidth problem because I have premium wifi through Verizon. I kept getting technical error whoopsies from the website. I forgot what they said but I lost count. Because of the delay It took me a little over two hours to shop due to the constant website crashing. But I really needed those products and the 15% off sale ends tomorrow.So I stuck just kept trying.

I ordered bug spray. It was delivered as expected but the expiration date of the product was only a few months out. No where on your online store does it state that. That’s unacceptable. I contacted customer service and the first rep was very short/blunt. I called back 2x’s -those reps were more courteous. I ended up getting the issue resolved but not sure if I will order from Avon anymore.

I ordered online. They had the wrong address - I updated it. They shipped my order to the old address. They said that I only updated the mailing address, not the shipping address. Maybe that's true. Then they told me that they were not going to replace the order. For a senior citizen on a limited budget, it was most disappointing.
