I was given a coupon code in the morning email. Checkout process would not give me VACAY15. I kept getting messages to hit Apply. Every time I did, it gave me invalid code. Then I got a message that I was losing out on a great savings. I finally gave up and ordered without getting the coupon

This is a wonderful website. I just wished I could have saved on the shipping amount. Perhaps, Avon could provide more specials or promotions that includes free shipping. I would love to order more but the shipping cost was very expensive.

It's always easy to place an order. My purchase came right on time as promised. The only thing I don't like & I've said this before, they don't pack it properly. There is one piece of paper and item is not secure and is bouncing all over. Luckily it wasn't damaged but it could have been.

I prefer my agent. Avon skin so soft packaging not great. Seal broke leaked all over and inside and pacaged perfume. Perfume was fine very oily. paid near full price and had 1/4 to 1/3 of large bonus.

While using the mobile app on my iPhone I had trouble with the zoom-in and zoom-out while browsing the online brochure. As I flip through pages if I want to zoom-in in the small text it isn’t easy to reset to turn the next page. Otherwise, everything was fine and the checkout process was especially easy.

First attempt ordered with ambassador delivery 4 days later receive an email stating that I had to re-order without the ambassador delivery. items were removed had to re-add items at a higher price, At check out it was indicated I was ordering with the ambassador which I do not know. Would have liked to just do it online since I was doing shipping without ambassador interference, avoiding the delay and the re-shopping.
