I ordered a fragrance for my mom that said it was fruity and fresh. The fragrance was exactly as described and I liked it! The price was more reasonable than department store fragrances and I thought I would try it. Worked out well! The shipping took a little more time than I'm used to but I wasn't in a big hurry.

No samples included, no printed brochure. Twice now I've tried to order some christmas jewelry and after placing the order nether are available. Two separate campaigns and two separate products. I already talked about samples earlier but forgot to mention at least perfume.

Avon's website is the worst. I could not complete my purchase on my computer the checkout process kept timing off. I tried to search for it's the computer timed out. I love the products but absolutely hate shopping on their website. It is trash and needs to be updated.

The first time I entered my order and was getting to work on the shipping and payment when I was to go to the payment sheet it was blank. I pressed some buttons in the lower right to chat with someone. The questions that were listed had nothing to do with my issue. There was nothing about chatting with a live person so I could explain my issue. I left the Avon section and signed my computer out. I tried again after 5 hours and was successful.

I always buy certain things like mascara, the eyebrow liners and lipstick from Avon. I love their mascara brand and I enjoy "trying on" the eyebrow liners and colors of lipstick. You should try it! Deliveries seem to come sooner than promised, too!

I come to Avon for the Skin So Soft Bonus Size at the lowest sale price, and I'm always looking to get free shipping. Today, I was blessed with both! I like how the website tells you how much more you need to spend for the free shipping, and today a special offer helped me to meet the $60 requirement without spending much more money. Today's experience with Avon, as with most, was GREAT! (P.S. It's only not great when my favorite product is not on sale.)
