I saw an add and saw some jewelry that was perfect to take on vacation. The price was very good. I ordered the items and got them quickly. They were nicer than i expected. I'm very pleased with my purchase. I also received some body wash free with my purchase that I was very pleased with. I will be ordering more of it.

I easily found the products I wanted. I did not find a nail strengthener. I miss the door to door avon lady - especially because you could see the actual lipstick color. So glad you still have Soft and Senual body lotions/oils! Loved using the Ambassador!

The website is very difficult to navigate. It was very difficult to change my order. It was also difficult to purchase the order. For some reason it would not accept my credit card even though I had input all the information and numbers correctly. I came back eight hours later and was able to purchase the product. Also, for opening an account the website stated I would receive a 15% discount. It did not state I had to give my email and phone number to receive the discount. When I went to check out, there was no place to put in the code for a discount. The website is deceiving. If you are going to offer a discount, give the discount without attaching strings.

I purchased a garment. It did not fit and I planned to return for a smaller size. To my surprise, they only were willing to return the price of the item and not the shipping which was $8. Moreover, I would have to pay for postage to return the item AND pay again for shipping for another size. I told them this was outrageous. But they did not care. Consequently I will not be making any further purchases from AVON (and I have been a customer for years).very disappointing experience.
