I felt there was not always plenty of options of different items. I love Avon's jewelry but when it comes to rings there is no way to try them on or make sure you buy the correct size, so now I need to exchange the ring I bought with a larger size. Avon has been around for so long that I feel it is reliable, but they need to catch up with the time because ordering online is the new normal and there has got to be a better way of sending back the wrong items or exchanging for the correct size!

This is my second puechase on your site both times, checkout was a headache. First time took me several attempts to complete and then something popped up saying it had to go to my representative- then why did i bother to order direct? She still had to call me for payment info so I had to do it all again. This time, i kept trying to place my order and it wouldn't submit. I literally said forget it. Like a week passed and i decided to try again. Same thing, would not submit. About the 5th time it finally went through. Very annoying. And I work with computers daily so this is a programming issue.

I was very disappointed that you had virtually no selction in eye makeup. One of the things I liked about Avon is that you had Black/Brown mascara. My brand was actually discountinued. And no face power? Only 2 nail colors? The website was also intermittenly very slow. On the positive side, your products are cruelty free, reliable and low priced.

i have a PO Box and you do not deliver to a PO box. In order to get the packge i had to have it sent to the address of the store that houses my PO Box and hope that they will recognize my name as a PO box holder. What is a reasonable option for people with no mail service to their home?

I tried on 3 different days to place a simple order for products I already knew I wanted and placed in my cart. Your check out process is extremely tedious and inefficient. Kept getting message to update my shipping address but selecting the option took me nowhere. I tried chat and kept getting the runaround from your bot helper while trying to chat with a real person. Finally got Jose and told him the issue and he started running me around to the point I was ready to cancel when he FINALLY said he could update my address for me. Why don't your reps lead with a proposed resolution? Not everybody has the patience to deal with all the extra BS. I'm ready to go back to Prime Cosmetics. Ordering with them is so simple.

This time the ordering was easier. Last time I tried to order from Susan it kept taking me to someone else’s store. That seemed fishy to me. Love the products I bought. The sight was very frustrating because it kept freezing and lost connection many times. Special qualified free stuff was in the checkout but later it wasn't. The higher 20% discount and others offered to me weren't allowed only a 15% welcome was auto filled making it confusing

I tried on 3 different days to place a simple order for products I already knew I wanted and placed in my cart. Your check out process is extremely tedious and inefficient. Kept getting message to update my shipping address but selecting the option took me nowhere. I tried chat and kept getting the runaround from your bot helper while trying to chat with a real person. Finally got Jose and told him the issue and he started running me around to the point I was ready to cancel when he FINALLY said he could update my address for me. Why don't your reps lead with a proposed resolution? Not everybody has the patience to deal with all the extra BS. I'm ready to go back to Prime Cosmetics. Ordering with them is so simple.

I've been purchasing Avon products for 28 yrs, & on & off, for 25yrs prior to that. My issue with Avon is in specifically the last 15 or so years, you have continued to decrease your line of Platinum products for us older ladies!

PLEASE bring back Rich Moisture Cream that was in your line for many years! I used it every day from the 60s until it was discontinued.... then I bought it on the secondary market. I googled it today, and there really is a market for it out there!

Very pleased with the quality & variety of Avon jewelry. However, why are your lovely brooches immediately sold out!! Very disappointing to a senior citizen who appreciates the quality & beauty of these. My mother loved Avon & I learned from her to appreciate & enjoy your products.

This time the ordering was easier. Last time I tried to order from Susan it kept taking me to someone else’s store. That seemed fishy to me. Love the products I bought. I wanted to order a top but they were sold out. I think once you learn to navigate the website, it’s not bad. Miss the old days of speaking to someone in person though.

The sight was very frustrating because it kept freezing and lost connection many times. Special qualified free stuff was in the checkout but later it wasn't. The higher 20% discount and others offered to me weren't allowed only a 15% welcome was auto filled making it confusing
