Was glad to see some older fragrances were still available. I wish there were more. Avon has some excellent products reasonably priced. Their fragrance line is underrated. Would like to see the eye color crayons again.

It's very hard to navigate your site. If i didn't love your products I would have given up. I had an account before and I tried many times to get in and do my order. It kept saying the password was invalid. I gave up once but I needed my favorite cologne. You should improve your website.

There is very little description of the products and when you go back to previous page, it places you at the beginning of the brochure instead of where you left off. The check out is the same and super frustrating.

Very difficult to find items, put bag and be able to go back to the same shopping page without having to go to search again. I finally got to Billing page and entered all the information as a gift only to see that it did not take the gift recipients name and I had to start all over again giving the same information I entered first time. I have spent well over an hour for this purchase. I am going to attempt to order the same items and sent to another recipient for a gift and hope it does not take as long.
