I don't like the see what it looks like! Extremely confusing & didn't work! I tried looking at cream blushes. Nope wouldn't show me. Also if you want to look, & it doesn't work, you have to go back to 1st page & scroll thru again!

Diane Fisher's assistance was helpful in re-establishing access to the online acct. It was a challenge to go thru the pages of the online brochure before I came to the selection of colognes and perfumes. It would be helpful if there was an index that could be selected to go right to the perfumes in the Book. Changed the billing address but it didn't change on the order submit form so need to call customer services. Thank you!

I responded to 15 percent off incentive ad for bath and summer products. I found special offers that I liked as well and clearance pieces I'd looked at previously. The jewelry options are lovely and there is such a great selection of matching sets to accessorize with. I purchased Avon jewelry in that past and was very happy with quality of materials and look.

It was great fun reconnecting with Avon products. They have withstood the test of time as usual. I was only in the market for mosquito repellent and remembered skin So soft. So I bought a traveling packet repellent which is going to come in handy and a little pump bottle. The first pump is wet but then it comes out like a spray. Other than that it was a terrific experience

Not happy. I spent money on a product labeled as Skin so Soft body oil but received a product labeled as Skin so soft bath oil. Contacted customer service and was told it’s the same product. That’s false advertisement. If you changed the description of the product, that label should reflect the description. I would not have bought the product. Customers need to be aware of the mislabel.

It has been challenge to get an order placed on line every time I've ordered, takes several attempts and devices before it will accept credit card information. Would be nice to order using cell phone or ipad! Sure miss the person to person contact and ordering. My last shipment was a mess, broken items, lotion busted and spilled on everything, box looked as it had been ran over. And took several weeks to arrive. I'm giving this one more try then may find other products to replace AVON! Several items I use are either no longer available or on backorder.

The small size of my items were put in a medium size box with one small piece of packing paper that didn’t begin to cushion my items. One was a pump body cream and as it would have rolled around it left a creamy mess all over the other products. I had to wash everything before putting them away. Not happy.
