Always receive my product on time. The only thing I don't like is the way they pack the item. They put a piece of crumpled brown paper in the box and that is supposed to protect the item? Meanwhile it's bouncing around in the box. Luckily it wasn't damaged. This isn't the first time they've packed it like that. Not too smart.

I really like Glimmersticks. I tried to use the camera feature but I think I accidentally disabled my camera - but it's a great idea to offer it. The produce selection seems a lot smaller and the website does not have a lot of make-up, but maybe it is too expensive to have so many products. I would highlight that you are a cruelty-free company - that is a big selling point. Thanks.

Easy to find items, sale prices were wonderful, checkout was the only complaint. I wanted to use a gift card for my purchase but there wasn’t enough on the card to cover the purchase. Instead of a partial payment option, the entire purchase was denied. I used a different card because I needed the gift but that would have been great to have a partial payment with the option to pay the rest with another card.

When I used the navigation on the left I felt like the results did not show me all the products. I know Avon products so I was able to search for each one to find what I needed but a new customer just browsing might find it difficult. As I added things to my cart there was a pop up for a coupon wheel that kept appearing after each item was added, since I was determined to buy from Avon today I dealt with the pop up each time it appeared, but I think a new customer would have been frustrated with it and left. I had to manually search for bubble bath and that is a shame because the Avon bubble bath bottle is iconic and I think if it would have appeared among the body and bath items it would make more people see it and buy it. I came today because I wanted the original skin so soft body wash and I did find it using the navigation. Also the items use a lot of the same stock images, it would be great to have unique images for each product that shows the consistency. I discovered a new product which is the gelled oil, so I am looking forward to trying that, but I was disappointed to see many brands that were not "Avon" or didn't say "Avon" on the bottle. I would like a way to see just Avon products and Avon's iconic products like the deodorant, skin so soft lotions, bubble bath and perfumes. I forgot all about Avon perfumes until I visited today, I love the 80s/90s style bottles.
