I would like a bit more selection. I love the iconic products but some new additions would liven things up. The website does feel a bit dated. Some graphics and interactive aspects would be nice. Please offer nostalgia products if even for a limited time, like iconic lipstick shades that have been retired. Please also consider giving free samples with every order again like tester vial fragrance or mini lipsticks!

I really like certain body lotions so much I wish they had larger sizes. The skin so soft form up with collagen peptide is my favorite. I also enjoy the pink one. I also enjoy the body soaps and shampoos. I like to try them all too see which one I like best. Maybe small variety packs should help people decide on which ones they like best. I also buy perfumes and some makeup. I do enjoy lots of things from Avon. I enjoy when they have sales because it helps me to buy more things.

The search function worked great to find my items. The checkout process did not work great-it kept circling back to the home page and I had to keep hitting checkout. It skipped the payment part until the 3rd or 4th time I did the checkout, then I was able to put in payment and submit my order. I was ready to give up! Thankfully it went through.

The Oil Moisture Therapy that I used for over 30 years, was instock but i decided to buy the tub just to be sure it was the same quality and richness. Was very disappointed when i actually received the item, it was so small therefore not worth the money. Did not even open it, just gave it away. The roll on's are surprisingly more expensive than in the store also the choices seem limited.

I am REALLY impressed with the Avon website now. It is easy to use no flashy pop-up ads interrupting my shopping experience. Format of products is clear. The product description could be more informative. Some products are new or unfamiliar to me. Avon should create a gift card/Certificate that the buyer/shopper can pay for on the Avon website and then print out to send to someone. Or maybe order an Avon Gift Card from the website and have it delivered/sent to either the purchaser or the person receiving the Avon gift card.

I purchased the original Skin So Soft oil, for a planned trip to Michigan. The reviews I read recommended SSS to ward off pesky flies and mosquitoes that are horrible in the spring and early summer! Some said SSS is the only thing they have found to work! I hope to find this is true next year when I travel there for a golfing vacation!!
