I am a big fan of AVON’s deodorants, ever since my mom got one from her friend’s daughter’s wedding. They were in the ‘thanks for attending’ gift bags’ and her friend is a long-time user of AVON as well. My mom loved it so much that she put all 4 of us(her daughters) onto it and I’ve loved it ever since. We usually bought a bulk of 5-6 on Amazon but the price was very expensive for such a small amount for the specific scents that we liked. I then had the idea (I don’t know why I didn’t think of it before lol) to search up the AVON website and order from there. And just my luck, they were on a sale as well! The website wasn’t hard to navigate at all, finding what we needed was very simple. My only critique is the checkout summary part of the website. It was pretty hard trying to scroll down to the checkout button. It took awhile, but i was able to get the hang of it. Overall, the best deodorants and will be buying from the website again!!!

Was disappointed that when clicking to view more about an item, I’d have to scroll back down from top to where I had left scrolling through items. Other shopping sites return to where you left off viewing after clicking an item.

A pop up blocked the search feature for several minutes until I could figure out how to get past it on my mobile phone. Then to check out the website rejected my payment 3 times until I went back to my profile and updated my married name. A simple 3 item order took almost 45 minutes over all.

I was so excited to purchase Avon products once again. The products are great and the process was smooth. One item did not shipped with the rest of the order, which rarely ever happens but every thing else arrived in perfect shape. I am looking forward to getting the missing item. Can’t wait.

My order was thrown into a box without any packing material. One of the face creams, the jar is glass, was out of the small box it was supposed to be in. One of my handcreams had no lid on it. If it weren't for the small piece of foil over the opening, the handcream would have been all over my items. My mother sold Avon for over 50 years. Never did I see her unpack a shipment in this condition. I love your products, but obviously you are not concerned about how your products arrive at their destination.

I was looking for a skin softener pot, but I didn't know it was called skin softener, so I typed cream, lotion, moisturizer, and it didn't come up. The web site is fine, although it would be much nicer if the web site work similar to amazon's website with an app that we access and just look through the items the minute we enter the web site. if there is a website that I can access I don't know about it. I had two areas of improvement: 1. I typed skin so soft spray in the search box and no results came up. When I removed the spray part all of the skin so soft products populated. I wanted to make a quick purchase which took a little longer than I anticipated. 2. I signed up for emails and texts and created an account but it was annoying having these questions pop up while I was trying to quickly shop.
