It was difficult to navigate. If I wanted to view an item up close I had to go back to the beginning of the category and go through all the previous items and search until I got to the end of where I had searched to continue. It was aggravating and time consuming

i am severely disappointed that the product i wanted was discontinued. I was glad to see that some were still available to order, however; upon receiving the LIP BALM, it was unsealed (I've NEVER received unsealed lip balm before) and it was a different color. Between these two discrepancies, I am wondering if this product is safe to use and how old is the product?
