Your Avon order website is NOT very user friendly and can be difficult to navigate through. It’s frustrating when you change the name of my foundation to a number. I can’t decipher if it was the correct color I’ve been using, plus the first 3 colors that I could order were unavailable! You tend to change your products too often. When I find one of your products I like, by the time I want to order it again within 6 months, you’ve either changed the name or it becomes unavailable because you replaced it with another name or upgraded new and supposedly improved foundation or face cream! Most women are a “creature of habit” when they find something they like and will tend to order it again over and over because it works for them! Please quit changing your skin products too often. I have been ordering Avon for over 35 years, and truthfully I want the old Avon back! It has not been the same in the last 10 years ever since it changed hands. I loved and bought your shoes, clothes, holiday and skin and makeup products all the time for years, but now, mainly continue to buy your skin, foundation & makeup products that seem to be changing too often. Truthfully, I don’t expect you will change anything due to my opinion, nor will I hear back from you, but you asked, so felt compelled to tell you all about my frustrations!
