I have been quite disappointed with Avon of late. Your catalogs aren't very interesting, mostly because your perfume bottles are so boring, bland, and unoriginal. Would it actually kill you to have different bottles for different scents? I've seen old catalogues in which, for example, the Topaze cologne came in a lovely bottle with an imitation topaz on it, which was different than the bottles of all the other scents (and matched the Topaze cream and powder and everything else, most of which you don't even have anymore). And as for your others - all of the different "Far Away" perfumes blur in my mind because their individual names are just little afterthoughts and the bottles all look alike. Same with Lyrd.
And it seems to me that you are trying to de-emphasize the Avon lady, possibly to the point of getting rid of them. That's just sad.
Also, maybe you could bring back, even as limited editions, some of your older scents. Like Charisma (in gorgeous cobalt bottles with silver touches), and To a Wild Rose, Somewhere, even Quaintance, to name only a very few. Unless you're going to change the ingredients and ruin them, in which case forget it.
