It let me place an order for seven moisture therapy, intensive lotions. Throughout the process, I was never told they were out of stock. I received the box when I was on vacation. When I opened it this past week there were seven of the lotions missing. The receipt actually said they were shipped. When I looked at my order online, it said that they were out of stock and that I could order again on July 3. I have two issues with this. One, I placed an order for $60 just so I could have free shipping. Two of the items I was just trying out as what I really placed the order for was the seven lotions. Two, I paid $4.49 for the seven lotions and right now they are $5.99. Is the price going to be honored if it is more? Will I be able to get free shipping as I had before? I really would like somebody to contact me. Also, I tried to contact the representative list it and she has never emailed me back. That’s rather frustrating itself as apparently you have to order under a representative.
