Always a difficult time here. Either selected items disappear from my cart, if I don't purchase them that very day (have been told by Cust.Serv. is probably due to a price change or unavailability. NO. They're still the same, they just leave my cart if I didn't purchase there & then, so have to begin all over again. This has caused me countless times to just abandon my order. Also, when an email offer is sent, it is difficult to procure/establish the offer. Also, payment process page disappears if you don't finish up there quickly. Worse, items selected from a rep's store can be charged separately for shipping. So then I have to go back & alter that, or just delete the item. The Avon site is just not as user-friendly or easily navigable as Amazon is. Thus I order from Amazon more often, despite being a life-long Avon customer. Was so much easier when there were Avon ladies, but that's gone the way of the dodo bird. So I do my best here, but often give up bc the experience can be so problematic. It is clear to me that Amazon just has much better tech people maintaining their website.
