I ordered skin so soft and wanted to do so directly from you all instead of a third-party merchant. I paid for expedited shipping. When I returned to check the status of my order, there was a banner across the website indicating warehouse causing delays. I would not have paid the expedited shipping if it was not going to be expedited, which it was not. Then, upon my order being filled, it was still sent regular ground, according to UPS, which also aligns with the day in which it was delivered. I only buy skin so aside from Avon these days, and if there was an option to get the product elsewhere at the same cost and quantity, I would never make a purchase through Avon again. The website is not user-friendly and I am severely allergic to mosquitoes while I know that is not the intended use. It has been tried and true for my farm. The delay actually caused issues with my skin because I was without and anticipating delivery before I had run out.
