For years I had a reliable, professional, and friendly Avon lady who always delivered my products to me and gave me nice little samples and gifts. Then, her husband passed away and she left the business. When I sought out a new one, I had to go to the new reps house to get my products which I didn't like nor appreciate. Now after just that single interaction, she shows up on my account as my representative and I presume she is rewarded for my online purchases, yet she does absolutely nothing to warrant any kind of monetary reward. She didn't find me as a customer and does nothing to keep my business. I found her and I don't like this impersonal arrangement. If I'm going to do all the work of ordering online, I should be the one reaping the benefits - - such as with discounts or free shipping. I'm dissatisfied with the current arrangement and after 50+ years of being an Avon customer, I hope that someone listens to this complaint about this new mode of doing business being rated as unsatisfactory.
