Had to change my order bc I did not realize that if I used my Rep's store, she had to ship THAT particular item out separately. Which would not qualify for the free shipping offer I believe, but I don't know. Seemed convoluted to me. At least all my items were still in my cart. Last 3 orders I TRIED to place in 2025, the very next day, all items were gone, my cart was empty. Wrote to Cust.Serv. about this annoyance. They claimed all items had changed in price. No, they had not. I believe it was a glitch with your web designers, I worked in IT, we would never allow such a thing. But it didn't happen this time, oddly enough, so maybe some tech fixed that issue bc you lost 3 orders from me this year, due to it, I was fed up & ordered elsewhere. I was brave enough to try & place an order today. Except for the issue with my Rep having to ship me an item separately, at least items were still in my cart THIS TIME, so I consider that a plus. Would've placed a larger order, but wasn't sure how it was going to pan out, so was cautious & placed a smaller order. One last thing, a chat from the day before would not disappear from my window, your pop-up kept covering my shopping cart so I could not see it. Tried to contact a rep thru the chat window to ask how to get it out of the way, no one responded. Somehow I got it to disappear, but there was no apparent tool readily noticeable to do so. Ordering here is always a laborious experience. I love Avon, but wish your site was more user-friendly like Amazon is.
