1) There was written "you got free shipping!" and I bought stuff to get to the $60 to get the free shipping, and in fact I was ready to pay for around $65 (+ taxes of course) and instead you still charged me $8. Of course I removed several items, I would have left the page but I promised some item to my mother so for this time I proceeded to buy, I won't buy anymore after today.
2) when in a page I see all the items, i.e. 90 items, and I click on one, then you don't bring me back to THAT item, but at the beginning of the page, and I have so inconveniently to surf on the page and search for where I was. Repeat that for every item I click on. Unnerving. Again, it is just because I promised to my mother. I never bought Avon in my life, this is the first time, I always had a bad opinion not sure why, and thanks to you now I know why.
3) Removing items caused the deletion of all the data I had already written, so I had to write THREE TIMES, my name and address. Super boring and this has never happened to me in any website. I bought for my mother at QVC and even they are better than you, way better!
4) I got a message yours saying that over $40 the shipping was free, then when I was buying magically the shipping was free over $60, then when I had products for around $64 it showed me that the shipping expenses were due.
That is a fraud.
5) The information is unclear, in many places. I am tired now to write and keep working for you, just to make you one example, when on clothing you write "cotton-polyester", you at least could bother to write how much % is cotton and how much % is polyester, but of course no. That shows how you value your customers.
