The website is a disaster; and I have some sort of problem, every time I use it. Customer Service put me on hold, before 8, I think; and told me later that they were closed, until 8, the next morning. Sat on hold, for nothing. The issue was my card information was included, but it wouldn't complete the order. UNDER, the next line was my card code. I needed to retype it, but only found it when I accidentally slid the cursor. AND, some items need to be put in the bag, then UPDATE the quantity, afterwards. Seriously frustrating. Avon's website never has made sense. Not logical. This is one of the reasons I buy seldom. Miss the one-on-one with the REP. There should be some way to streamline the process. Shouldn't have to get frustrated by the process, and for the hunt of an item. For good news, it arrived very promptly. Oh, and a 2nd order shipping to another state (a gift) met the qualifications for free shipping. But wasn't offered, on the second order. I have been a loyal customer, since 1974. But your website is one of the worst. Fortunately, the product is what I like using.
