The ordering of the oil was easy, but it took several weeks to get started on the shipping paperwork, which caused me to have to delay a couple flights because I needed to wait for the oil so I could get the oil change done. There wasn’t any communication on when the product would be shipped so I was left wondering when it didn’t show up in a week or so.

AOO has been my goto aviation oil Company for a long time... And will remain the same... I have all my friends order from aviation oil outlet. And I know every once in a while there is a back order which just happened with my recent order. AOO emailed me and call me that they would get it to me. A quick phone call had replacements shipped the same day and return shipping labels for the initial items received.
