While I have no complaints about the product itself, the same day shipping charges are not clearly represented. The website quotes a flat fee of $6 for same day delivery while upon checkout i was charged $6 per product. This is something i have asked customer service about in the past who confirmed it was a flat fee of $6. Yet here we are again, ordering same day delivery and getting charged $6 per product. Not impressed.

Comme d'habitude, les produits sont supers et éthiques mais la conception du site web est une conception complètement anti-éthique, les produits les moins chers sont cachés et la conception est tellement mauvaises qu'on les voit avant que le site finisse de charger et masque les produits les moins chers pour forcer à dépenser + pour 0 apport de qualité. Aucun moyen de retrouver les produits d'entrée de gamme facilement, je dois les retrouver en allant dans mes commandes passées et là je peux avoir un lien vers la fiche produit pour voir des shampoing une QUINZAINE de dollars moins cher que ce que je vois en navigant sur le site web. Le marketing est manipulateur et prédateur dans la conception même du site web. À la seconde où je trouverai une alternative qui me convient sur la qualité des produits, je serai heureuse de ne plus jamais recommander ici à moins que vos méthodes ne changent.

The prices have increased quite a bit and items on sale have dropped quite drastically. I also did not even have an option to pick for complementary samples after ordering more than they required amount needed. I however, find the product to be very good.

It could be made much easier to find what I want as I do not want to look for everything and be quick to just log in and buy my usual products but when I have to spend time going through everything for example why are the shampoo not included when I key in damage remedy? I place the conditioner in my checkout basket and then have to go hunt the shampoo and there was no litre options for the damage remedy. I was horrified to see a salon I haven't gone to for 13 years was getting credit for my purchases as I left them due to neglect and would not want to support them at all. There was no more options for a free sample to add to my order to try a new product?

I’m frustrated with not being able to access travel size of aerosol hairspray. Air Control is sometimes available, but Control Force is no longer available and travelling with the large sizes is sometimes not possible. This is a problem for me.
