My interaction with the website was great, it is always easy to order through the aveda website. My frustration is around the ongoing formula changes of the products! I miss the old curl products, and now it seems like the botanical repair line is different as well. Note - I dislike the new curly product so much that I am now purchasing bumble&bumble curl creams instead. And I used to buy the original Aveda curl cream by the case (I would order 8 tubes at a time every few months).

No issues with use of the website. Nothing about the transaction was confusing. You have great products and it is valuable to be able to order these products online with free shipping (assuming sufficient purchase amount). Have never had any errors with order -always have received what was ordered.

I was not able to purchase additional pumps. I broke a couple and needed 3 more. Secondly, points should not expire for at least two years. I buy in bulk and I am single; I've purchased a lot over the years and can not ever use my points.

Since my reward points are expiring in days, so I tried to redeem the Botanical Repair Leave-in treatment on Friday, however, when I clicked the âredeem nowâ button nothing happened. It says I need to sign in but I already logged into my account. At the end, I ordered the new product to trial out plus redeemed Miraculous of high shine concentrate.
