The navigation of the site could use some work. Possibly add some plain language tags to products, ie “volume refresh” when looking for a product to refresh hair volume on a second or third day. Actually, add this to product descriptions and uses where appropriate as it is not there now.

I have used Aveda products for 30+ years. I absolutely love them. The website experience is 10/10. However the price increases these past few years are shocking. I only ever buy during what’s become very few sales. Sadly I may need to switch at some point as it’s simply getting too expensive.

A little difficult to navigate the website to find men's products. Still extremely disappointed in the rewards program - I'd like to be able to redeem my points for any product on the Aveda website, not just a few selected items. I only use the Men's grooming clay and Rosemary Mint shampoo, and I can't currently redeem my points for either of those products, making the points and rewards system not valuable to me at this current time.
