I was going to order my usual Shampure shampoo and conditioner but then saw all the bad reviews about the formula change. Iâve used the Shampure line for years so was disappointed to see that. I hope changing to Rosemary Mint was a good decision.

A product was recommended to me to purchase using some of my points but when I selected the product to add to my cart the system advised that it could not be shipped with my order and to to remove it! Not the best way to suggest I purchase a new product for me to try out ⊠very convoluted setup!!!!

The website is fine, I just find the sample policy behind industry standards. For what I purchase, I can easily get a gift with purchase with Clarins or Caudalie. I find Aveda very stingy with their samples.

Complaint I have is not specific to ordering online but that you donât carry blue malva in travel size. I was also recently in a store and the product is no longer on the shelf. I really would like a bottle for travelling. Even if I could purchase an empty bottle and refill myself from the litre bottle.

showing what the hair products for men look like in their container would be useful. I've used a number of products, and they all cone in the exact shape of container. it's easier to tell them apart by the look of them.

I am an Aveda club member and have been since it's inception. I look forward to receiving the body oil every year (Bday) and was extremely disappointed that it is not provided as an option. I am also disappointed that the number of points needed to redeem for product has changed dramatically. I am seriously reconsidering if I will continue to use Aveda products.
