•I grew up with the privilege of having access to what would’ve been considered at the time to be very pricey Aveda products from every collection that existed at the time. We were an all-girls Aveda household. With what’s available within the beauty market now, I’m pleased to see Aveda staying close to the familiar price range I’d always known, and love that it was Vegan, as well as made from plants and flowers before other brands picked up similar business models. •There’s only one product I’m constantly on the look for (I check the website often and any store or partnered salon I come across, not exaggerating!) and have been disappointed to not have found available. The product is the “Shampure Body Mist”. I purchased it in-store several years ago around the Holidays, and was elated when the store associate let me know it was a new part of the Shampure collection. I’ve since gone everywhere asking after this product, and unfortunately it appears it was likely a temporary seasonal associate who was mistaken about the information they provided. ***If there is ANY possible way to find this product again, please reach out. I don’t mind if it’s been sitting in a warehouse..I just really would love to buy more. I would’ve bought the entire store inventory at the time had I known it was only a seasonal product.

I find this website the easiest to use. It is laid out to highlight the products and not confuse the customers. I love these products I have been using them for almost 20 years and everyone thinks I am 5 years younger than I am. Thanks Aveda.

Tried to register an account, said i already had one . Customer service checked and I don’t . Had to check out as a guest even tho I purchased the one time membership for $10. summer holidays and nervous about shipping saying it will be shipped in one or 2 weeks maybe I’ll be away but if I wait the sale will be over maybe

site was good, needed to delay an automatic order and place order for something else. Do not always use the same product depends on weather and my hair condition at the time so I have different Aveda products. I would of tried the new shampoo for white hair but do not want to try the only size available as it is so large.

This time, the website wasn’t working properly, and I couldn’t place my order for two days. I also really liked being able to add free samples, as that’s how I discovered the sprays and the hand cream. I’m sure I wouldn’t have bought them if I hadn’t had the chance to try them first. It’s a shame that this option is no longer available.

I appreciate the summer discount on select items. I would have bought more of the discount was more broad. Going forward, it would be really nice and helpful to offer more sample items for each order placed to expand my overall purchases. I love the products I buy regularly. Thank you

Some of the products do not have the same quality they used to. The prices have gone up astronomically over the past few years, with opportunities for sales very limited. Promotions for additional "free" items are not honored or do not appear in package once shipped, and no one responds to inquiries about where the promised items are. Generally less incentive to buy direct from the supplier, and I have started trying completely new products (like Rocky Mountain Soup Company) to eventually replace my Aveda products. I have been using these products for over 20 years. Overall, disappointed in the direction of this company and will eventually stop purchasing them entirely.

Easy enough to find the items you are looking for. Prices do seem high, hopefully quality matches. Very limited selection on samples, some of which do not apply/interest me, like curly hair shampoo. You could have far more samples to choose from. That was disappointing.

I am disappointed in the change to the color conserve hair products, the new one pales in comparison. Also disappointed that the Blonde Revival conditioner was discontinued. After a negative experience with ownership of the salons we used to go to, we are no longer using an Aveda salon, which makes me very sad, but we will continue to use the products. Love the Shampure and Bontanical lines, they are great. Hope to see another 20% off litre sale this Christmas.

I am very disappointed with the discontinuation of the birthday gift and double points offer. I am also disappointed that Damage Remedy is no longer available in Litre size. Also disappointed that lipsticks discontinued.
