The website continues to be clunky and slow. I don't like that when you offer free samples you can't pick multiples of the same item. I also really hate that you've never replaced the spa experience points redemption that was closer to the US.

I love Aveda products but my favorites keep getting discontinued of revamped. Im very sensitive to smells and when things get a nee formula I often have to find something else, which is dissapointing. My favorite products lost: Be Curly Hairspray, light elements oil, and I got lucky with the revised be curly line.

It's irritating that I can't order the Scalp Solutions spray because you won't deliver it to a PO Box, you don't have same day delivery here, there isn't a salon nearby for pick-up and you won't give me a 2 day shipping option to deliver it to the house!!!!!!

The biggest lack I saw is in images of the products that help me understand how they'll work for me and/or details on how the products work so I can understand. It's been a long time since I used either of the products I bought today, so having better visuals and/or copy would have made me more secure, or possibly increased the value of my order if I wanted to try more things.

it is so easy to order from Aveda. They always have the 2 products i use, its so easy to order and i wouldnt get them anywhere else. i cant live without the foot cream. I have had Lupus and Raynauds for over 40 years. My feet are affected in the colder months. This helps a bad problem....helps to massage the toes, and keep them as healthy as possible
