the need for the 2 different accounts is extra confusing. the amount of times I had to log in was crazy. i had to reach out to chat to figure out the promotional gift sets! Good thing I LOVE the product so i hang in there to get them!

Not a good experience. I wanted to do a store pick-up and it was simply impossible to select the store that is literally down the street from me. So I paid $8 for S&H, which is rather absurd, IMHO. I also am not fond of not being able to apply my points to the exact product that I want.

The Aveda experience is good but I had a problem at checkout when I accidentally clicked on "gift wrap" and I had a hard time getting it off my order to checkout. All products are for me so it was never a "gift" just an accidental "click" while going down the line to finish the check out.

I miss the scalp remedy shampoo you used to have...it was excellent. And the new one is terrible, totally ineffective. Also in general, it gets harder and harder to purchase with Aveda, it is so expensive.

Occasionally I struggle finding the exact product I’m looking for. I know Aveda products well, so I am able to pinpoint exactly what I want. But this can occ preclude me from seeing new products I may like. Also, the last time I ordered, the main product I wanted took about 10 days to arrive. I had to go buy it at a salon.
