It was easy to redeem points for my reward. However, I also had the birthday offer for the free 1 oz Composition Oil and could enter the code but could not find that size product and the choice of scent did NOT appear on the page at checkout, either on my phone, tablet or laptop. I was able to redeem points and get the composition oil last year, so I do not know what happened with the problem this year.

I enjoyed the flow of the site however I was not able to use my gift card and subscribe to my shampoo. Maybe there is something that can be done for people to get charged right before the product is sent at renewal etc.

When ordering using my phone, I was not given the option of choosing my free samples or specific delivery choice. I had to cancel the order and reorder using my laptop. That was annoying, however, when I asked for assistance using the chat feature the representative did not seem to really understand my issue or how to resolve it. I had to basically tell them what I was doing to rectify the issue. But they finally understood and cancelled my order for me and they were also very kind.

I've usef Aveda protucts for more thsn 30 years but always gine into store, this is the first time i've ordered online. I moved and live 45 minutes from an Aveda store so i ordered online. Never again, it took three weeks for me to receive my order.

The checkout process was a little confusing with adding the freebies and understanding if I had the correct amount. Also I wish more products that I use regularly could be purchased with points. The selection is limited and sometimes I really need another bottle of another product and it's not available. The main products I use are the straightening/smoothing prodcuts and the BeCurly line,
