The experience made it easy to find the products I wanted. The frustrating part was that it kept logging me out of my account and would take too long to update my cart. Promo codes were difficult to use. Otherwise the purchase was easy and the site was designed well.

Website is very easy to understand. I've worked for Aveda as a hairstylist since 1993. Have sold probably close to a million in products I'm sure. Could be more. Now that I'm retired I don't get a discount. If I did my entire house would be stocked. I think it's a shame that you don't offer us loyal stylists a continued discount. I'm certain Horst would have.
