I live in a rural area. I visit my mom in another state that has an Aveda Institute. She took me there when I visited. I tried a new shampoo, and the sales rep put a sample of the Volumizing Tonic in my bag. I tried it and LOVE it! SO, I decided to use your online site as the nearest salons that have Aveda products are over an hour away from me.

I bought a large shampoo. It did not come with a pump. The product should clearly state that is does not come with the pump and offer the pump as a separate item. I think for $75, it should come with the pump.

it was a little frustrating that I read about choosing samples but it wasn't apparent where to do that until I started the checkout process. It would have been nice to have a notation in my cart that I would be eligible for the samples, and that I could choose after proceeding to checkout.

I wanted to "subscribe and save" to a product and it removed my $25 off $40 offer when I tried to subscribe even though I had another product in my cart that qualified for the $25 off $40 offer. So I removed teh product and I am going to place a separated order for teh subscribe and save option. It seems inefficient for both of us to have to place two orders to get the discount.

I appreciate how the main photo is of the product itself. It gives me a sense of the size I am buying. I also appreciate the clarity in the explanation of who should use the product and how so I am buying the right item for my hair goals. I love the quality of the products being sulfate-free. I was under the impression that I could redeem my points for any products. When I went to check out, I noticed that I had to go to the redeem points portion of the site and there were only certain products available with my points. Whenever I would go into the store to purchase, the merchant always told me that I could use my points for any products. That was not the case today. It was very disappointing.

This the best lip gloss. I’ve used it for many years. It makes my lips feel so good and never feel dry. I love to layer a color and then put the frosted minty gloss over it. It lasts a long time too.
