Trying to sign into my account is a nightmare. I live in the UK and the USA. I can’t sign into my account. I have this in both places. I get more frustrated trying to login than is needed so I choose to be a guest because of the ease. You can forget about adding any points unless you know what you are doing. It’s a waste of my time to fiddle with signing in. Points son’s matter when you can’t sign in.

i knew I was going to buy shampoo and conditioner and was open to what scent i wanted. navigating from the homepage to 'hair' section made it easy to find what i wanted. I shop by scent and then adjust the size i need. the site makes it easy to do that. for the freebees at the end i would have preffered four of the same thing vs four different things. I don't have grey hair or curly hair so the options were limited in what i could use. I know it's free gift but it actually is a bit of a let down if you have to chose things you don't think you'll like or if you would like more than one of something but you can't do that.

I love aveda! I just wish they would bring back the Himalayan glow cancel, and stop overusing rosemary mint and shampure hand crème. Way overused. Part of aveda luster is the aromas! We love when you guys have new stuff and it’s always smelled so good! Website could use a bit of an upgrade. Keep simple but more product knowledge, maybe some quick videos of how to use.

I HATED the online experience with both the technology and the representatives (except the third person). The online people could not effectively assist me and 2 of the 3 disconnected when “going to get others” to assist. I have had a loyalty program membership for years but often purchase in person at a location. This time I tried to purchase online and it took HOURS to get help because my loyalty number expired and your app would not allow me to order. I then got a representative who guided me to the website and we fared no better there. I did receive an a promotional ad from Aveda via email and used it to order my products, but I still have no loyalty number and could not sign in otherwise. This was a NIGHTMARE of an experience. If I did not love the Aveda products, this experience with the online option and with the representatives would have made me pursue other options. Please do better technologically and with your representatives! My issue is still not resolved: can someone please contact me to ensure my loyalty number is either reinstated or that I receive a new one? I would like to use the online or app options for future purposes. Thank you.
