Just rather unhappy I had to order online. I usually went to the Aveda store at the Roseville Galleria, but it was no longer there. I received an email with a 20% discount to buy products at a local salon. Not only did they think the coupon didn't apply to them, being unaware of it, but once they realized it did they had so little product in stock that none of what I wanted to buy was available - at that or there other 2 locations, so another trip wasted. I did get an online discount of 15% after opting in to texts, but not the 20% that was sent to me.

So the app is hard to view all the collections. I was specifically looking for a shampoo to help with chlorine, but I didnt find it until I was browsing your body soap section. I get that its a hair and body wash but when typing in keyworks loke "pool" or "chlorine" it did not show up.

I am not happy with the discontinuation of Curresence hair spray and the Clove Shampoo. But I have replaced the latter with Rosemary Mint which is acceptable. The Witch Hazel hairspay is not, but it is all that was offered.
