The hair quiz didn’t show products that I was interested in. It took a bit of looking around to find what I wanted and the descriptions of products were lacking at times. Every time I shop on the site I see an offer for free samples with purchase >$90, but I haven’t been able to figure out how to get those samples. And I think it’s revolting that you ask customers to enroll in your loyalty program. It really makes me not want to be loyal to Aveda, though I do like the products overall.

Sometimes it’s complicated to figure out the offers available and how to attach them. Somehow, I redeemed an offer that I meant to go on my order. I also had a hard time finding and adding the offers for being a member. Sometimes it’s confusing to know if you’re using USPS or another delivery service. It’ll be helpful of you to stated which delivery service you’ll be using because our post office doesn’t deliver to our home address. I added both the street address and PO Box address in Hope that they wouldn’t send it back. If you’re sending it through other delivery service services, it should get to be just fine. It would be nice if like Costco you would say how that shipment was going to be delivered so that we give you the best address whether it’s mailing or Home.

I decided to try the recurring purchase option. It was clear that it was marketed to me. But then during the checkout process, I was told that I cannot do the recurring purchase if I want same-day delivery. I tried that the last time I ordered and was very impressed and was excited to do that again. That was frustrating.

I recently purchased Aveda’s new Tousle Texture Dry Texture Spray 3.6 & 1.3 ounce cans. The 3.6 ounce can arrived after a few days and the 1.3 ounce can awhile later. I was not inconvenienced by receiving the smaller can after the larger one. The product is good but thought it would be stronger and buildable.

The website is fine. Aveda is a good product I've used for many years. I hate that it's owned by Estee Lauder, and I'm extremely opposed to the political donations/pressures that the Estee Lauder company chooses to exert. Overall, my experience with the website was good. The site is clear and easy to navigate, and I was able to understand the product categories without any issues. However, I didn’t like that there was no option to sort products by price from low to high in the Hair category. This is where I was shopping, though it may be missing in other categories as well. I was specifically looking for travel-size versions of certain products, and it took me a long time to find them. I couldn’t sort by price in either the Travel Size Products category or the Hair category. I went to the Hair category hoping that the lowest-priced items would likely be the smallest sizes, but without a price-sorting option, it was much harder to find what I needed.
