The cap of the hair oil was not properly sealed, so it leaked all over the box, and I received an empty bottle. There is no way to tell whether the product is new or if it has been used.

Missing the spray bottle of Shampure Essence...really sad that is no longer available. I have not ordered online for a while because I preferred to support our local Aveda store...Loved the staff! However, I went last week to buy my shampoo and conditioner and the store was gone! closed! uuughh... Super sad to lose this store, especially with all of the upgrades happening in the Flatirons Crossing Mall! I wish there were more deals and discount opportunities.

my past online purchases were pretty good but today not so much my total purchase was 135 before taxes I was eligible for 4 free samples with a 95 purchase but Aveda website did not apply I was eligible for composition oil but Aveda website did not prompt the choice to do so i did recieve free shipping and was able to purchase gift set

Today I had some issues with the website, I qualified for 4 free samples (which I love) and had to reach out to instant message since they were not adding in my cart. The person was nice but could not get me a solution today- I have to wait until my order ships - email or contact someone fromAVEDA to then get my free bees, not the worst thing in the world but just an extra step for me, and I want to continue with aveda because I love the products, but prices have gone up- so I have to try to take advantage of promotions when they happen

I don't like how there are things advertised on the website (like 4 free samples or whatever) but then figuring out how to actually get them seems impossible. I just spent enough to get the samples, but was never able to add that to my order. I think that should be an automatic part of the checkout process and not something you have to search for (or in my case skip all together because I couldn't figure out how to add or apply the promo). Anyways, this has happened to me more than once, and it is super frustrating. Also, I don't like how sometimes it is hard to know what is what when the names, packaging, and or formulas are changed. I can't always tell if what I am ordering is the thing I used to get, or something totally different. I also don't like how I can never tell if my Pure Privilege points are being applied, and that A+ app keeps not working. Anyways, I used to have an Aveda store in my area, and it closed. Since than I have been pretty frustrated with my online experience. I have been an Aveda customer for over 20 years, and I am not happy with the website or app. I purchased my products today, and didn't get my promo, but I am too frustrated with how much work it took last time to get the freebies, that I don't even want to deal with it this time. I have started to find other options for some of my Aveda products because the shopping experience is so frustrating. I hope this changes because I really like Aveda.
