I would love more information as it pertains to shopping for younger children - my girls need great hair products as well - and I love Aveda. Also, I know for certain I have a rewards account, as I receive the Aveda Rewards emails - however, I could not find my account number and ended up losing on the rewards this time around. So maybe a better system for that, as it never did email to my email. Thanks!

The search engine has too narrow criteria. For example, I searched for dry shampoo, and nothing came up. I had to call my local salon and ask what exactly it is called. (They are out of stock so purchasing on line). Also, when you go to click on the search results, the site takes you to a different page even BEFORE I was able to click on what I wanted. Site is very clunky. I LOVE your product but the on-line shopping experience, not so much. Thank you!
