checkout went to PayPal twice Also, wish you would bring back the liter bottle of Damage Remedy and the larger intensive conditioner. When it first came out, my hairdresser at the time told me that it was "going to change [my] life" and she was right. It's why i still have hair, let alone hair is great condition, given that I have fine hair which has full highlights using 40 volume bleach and I heat style (blow dryer and flat iron.)

One area where I think there is room for improvement is including samples with orders. As someone who purchases quite a bit of product from your company, I find it disappointing that samples are rarely included. Your products are on the more expensive side, and I think offering samples is an important way to allow customers to experience other products in your line without having to commit to purchasing a full-size item. You never know when a sample might introduce someone to a new favorite product that they otherwise may never have considered purchasing. It also creates an opportunity to build brand loyalty and encourage future purchases. I believe this is especially important for a company with premium-priced products. Customers who consistently invest in your brand should have the opportunity to discover what else you offer. I do recall receiving a sample of the Miracle Leave-In Conditioner with my last order, but the bottle was practically empty. It was already a travel-size sample, so there was barely enough product to actually try it. I would strongly encourage you to make including properly filled samples a more consistent part of the customer experience. I think it would go a long way toward customer satisfaction, product discovery, and continued brand loyalty.

I ordered conditioner and hair gel 10/13. Ordered reci, but no hair gel as listed online as delivered. Contacted Aveda about missing product. They sent out different product than ordered. Contacted again on 11/4. Aveda records show hair gel was resent, but it was wrong product, hopefully I will get the right product replaced soon, but very disappointed in customer support with this order.

Very happy to find my product on the website. I have ordered your hair spray from Amazon but they discontinued the product. I use witch hazel, light hold. I did order brillance medium hold but it was too firm for my fine hair. I will probable order 6 the next time in case you decide to not offer it. I have purchased other brands and don't like the hold and the aresol spray.
