The rewards redemption seems a bit convoluted...I would recommend modeling your rewards system after more modernized websites like American Eagle or Ulta Beauty. Also, the prices are astronomical! I blew through my entire personal care budget for the month on this purchase, and then some. The products are high-quality, but I don't think that justifies the absurd pricing.

I have been a loyal Aveda customer for 30+ years. For a long time they rarely offered discounts. During COVID to attract business there were often specials offered. Now, the only specials offered to get a discount on products are subscribe and save which I would not do for any product including beauty products. They will also sometimes offer a discount for liters. I would like to see an occasional 10-25% discount when I just need to purchase a few of my favorite products. Also, the selection of rewards has decreased.
