Everything was good but I think the promo code discount should also include knocking off the shipping price as well. Having high shipping costs makes the promo code almost an irrelevant discount. I found a promo code that made my shipping free and the price came out a dollar or two less than with the 15% promo code I tried to use originally. Also, I like that the product I purchased said on the site it was a popular seller but at the same time I had to go to YouTube to do more research on the product itself.

I now struggle to find anything I’m willing to spend my money on in order to maintain my long-treasured stash of points, which themselves aren’t even worth as much anymore. The amazing higher tier point benefits are gone. Products have all changed for the worse. And review averages are now invalid for many products because they’ve changed the formulas of many products but kept the reviews for the old formulas in the same listing. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 30 years, but the current Aveda is nothing like it used to be. No shred of quality seems to remain.

The shipping charges are confusing. With my membership I am eligible for free shipping. On the order page there was conflicting info: spend $1 more dollar for free shipping and spend $55 for free shipping. In either case, using my points would not have qualified
