Trying to understand what items are available per point level while looking at "redeeming points" is utterly painful. You have to click on the point number, then scroll down and view more, and do that over and over per point level. You lose your place on the website and can't remember what is available per point level. The rest of the website functions well, strange that this experience is so bad.

The website is useful and helpful - However, I truly miss the instore experience and personalized help. I was more comfortable trying new products with excellent guidance and recommendations based on my needs. Was given small samples to try before I purchased whitch ultimately ended up with a larger sale.

Your website could not recognize my username or password so I opted to reset my password and submitted the request, however, have yet to receive a password reset email in order to do so. So I called Aveda to place the order over the phone but the 2 different women I spoke with did not know how to do that by attaching my Member # 1938380. I spent an hour on trying to accomplish that. It's been over an hour now and have yet to receive a call back from either of the agents supervisor(s) to help me with my member rewards number, my free gift, and the order I just placed online by signing in as a 'Guest".

I wait all year-long for Aveda’s special shampoo & conditioner sale, and then I stock up and treat myself when the products I love are on sale. I love the Shampure and Rosemary Mint products. Admittedly, they are pricey, but I love the scents and the performance of the products, so I allow myself a major annual splurge. I would highly recommend these products as well as the great Aveda rewards program!
