It was a bit frustrating to purchase my usual products - normally I get them in store, but my students got me a gift card (yay!). Unfortunately, every time I tried the aveda giftcard in store, the clerks didn't know how to process it, so multiple times I left the store paying for my products out of pocket, not with the giftcard (as intended). The parents had tried to do a nice thing, and weirdly kept asking me why I wasn't using the gift card (another odd facet, them being able to see the amount remaining??). In all, this has been an odd experience that took a lot of extra steps... I don't understand what the difficulty is with joining aveda.com to an aveda brick and mortar salon. In the end though, I'm happy to finally use the gift card (y'all KNOW they pay us teachers nothing ;), and happy for their generosity.

I don't like that the free sample products don't show up to add to cart until you hit check out. It makes it seem like they aren't going to show up. I was worried I was about to check out without getting to select them. I LOVED that it was easy to see my past purchases and repeat them.

I really liked how the products were organized by curl type, and it actually is the reason I bought an extra product that I didn't plan on buying when I visited the site. I added the leave in conditioner because of the layout of the site and how it was presented.

It said I had 4 samples to choose with my order, but it was weird. I clicked on one, then added to cart. there was only one there. then I some how got back to that window and said I had 3 more, but everytime I clicked on something it added a number that I had more samples. I was hoping to try a couple things, but I have no idea what I'll really get. I was also hoping to get 10 lotions (I am buying for my employees), but it only allowed 8.

I was ordering more as I was going to afterpay as I shop a lot. But then it said no to backordered items so I took them off .then it still said no so then I figured no one waned to give the 15 percent off for too many items so I took off more sil said no so I bought what I came for and quit . what should have been fas took overnight because my code did not come through either till this AM.

I've already sent this 3x but this isn't the Confixor I have used for decades. Can barely smell the previous wonderful scent and it does not hold hair in place whereas it held all day before. The formula has changed. It's a way lighter color and doesn't work. Please put it back like it was.
